Mr. Punch is now over 350 years old and is still as popular as ever. Whether you love him or hate him, he certainly has made his mark on British cultural history.
He originated from Italy and first set foot here in 1662 at Covent Garden and as a street entertainer delighted Pepys, Mayhew and Dickens, all of whom made social comments about him.
Marky has performed his Punch & Judy shows at many events, including outdoor fêtes and fayres, private birthday parties, hospitals, schools, Christmas parties, etc.
Marky has constructed and decorated his own Punch & Judy booth and has also made some of the characters that appear in his show.
This particular form of
entertainment is very suitable for corporate dinners, wedding receptions,
restaurants, hotels, hospitality functions, product promotions,private birthday parties.
Marky is an expert close up magician his professional close-up engagements have included such venues as the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, Bill Wyman’s “Sticky Fingers” restaurant, the Sheraton Park Hotel in Knightsbridge and the Ramada Hotel at Heathrow.
Close-up magic is performed to small groups of people under very close conditions using small props,
such as playing cards, coins, keys, handkerchiefs, rings, rope, etc. The impossible happens right in front of the spectators’ eyes and sometimes in their hands!
The audience has a personal experience which is amusing, fascinating, mystifying, and above all - memorable.
Marky is expert in the art of making balloon models of all types,
e.g. dogs, parrots, swans,
rabbits, etc. Children thoroughly enjoy the balloons that Marky creates and adults also find
them fascinating

parties/etc
